MIJ products are handmade from durable ceramics that do not contain harmful impurities or heavy metals. It is made by Japanese craftsmen whose tradition dates back to the 12th century. The paints are of high quality, do not peel off and also do not contain any harmful substances.
MIJ products are therefore suitable for both the dishwasher and the microwave. MIJ Japanese ceramics have been used in restaurants for more than 30 years and their quality and durability are thus thoroughly proven.
The ceramics are directly imported from Japan.

I first came across MIJ tableware during the filming of MasterChef Czechia. After the competition, I completed several internships in professional restaurants, and MIJ tableware was used there as well. I was impressed that the tableware still looks great even after years of use. And even frequent washing, high temperatures or careless handling have left no signs of use on it. That's why my husband Martin and I decided to make ourselves happy and buy the first few pieces of this tableware for taking photos and filming recipes. But we haven't stopped with a few pieces. Once we got a taste of how pleasant it is to eat on MIJ tableware, even if it's just a simple roll with butter and ham, we bought different tableware from several MIJ series. What we like about it is that each piece is original because the dishes are made by hand in Japan, and also when it comes to photography, we appreciate that most of the dishes do not have a shiny glaze, so there are no reflections in the photos. The ceramic is fired at a high temperature, so you can wash it in the dishwasher without any worries. I believe that buying MIJ tableware is an investment that pays off. The taste of every dish is enhanced by the experience of enjoying the food served on beautiful and high-quality MIJ tableware, not only with your eyes, but also at the touch.
