How to shop

End customers
- Add the products you are interested in to your cart or if you are not sure about your choice yet, add them to your wish-list via the "heart"
- Proceed to select your delivery destination and currency
- Choose your delivery method. We currently offer delivery by courier company GLS for packages up to 30 kg. Above 30 kg your order will be delivered by our current contracted pallet shipping partner.
- Go to payment method. We currently offer payment by bank transfer to our account or online payment by card via the GoPay portal.
- If your online payment fails please contact us at info@mijeurope.com or in our chat room. We will be happy to generate a new payment link for you.
- Insert all necessary information for delivery of your shipment. Address and contact details. If you have any special requests please write them in "Enter note for vendor".
- Once you have paid/completed your order you will receive an automated confirmation email.
- Once payment is received on our account your order will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
- the order will be delivered to you within the time period specified by the carrier. You can preview here
- Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by us or the shipping company of the specific delivery date
B2B or Wholesale customers
- If you are new wholesale customer, please register here as a wholesale customer and Michael - sales representative - will contact you soon and offer you special price list.
